Our lessons will be dense and we do not waste time in taking notes or similar activities which involve a lot of "silence". We use technology, to our advantage, to record notes/images in soft format.

We are continuously assessing our students progress and maintain a clear record of their development.

We test our students on a monthly basis with exam questions related to the topics covered in that month, and prior months, to test retention.

If we notice any unusual lack of progress, we bring this to the attention of the parent/guardian, immediately, and apply alternate strategies to continue the progress.

The dynamics of a classroom environment in a school are complex and vary within classrooms, depending mainly on the teacher. In fact, this becomes a deciding factor whether a student enjoys the subject or not.

For example, when a teacher introduces a topic, the students who hears about it for the first time thinks and believes that it is the case with all the other pupils in the classroom. This could be a skewed perception as there are always students in a classroom who have access to external means of learning such as a private tutor. Those students go on to dictate the pace of the lesson. Obviously, they will be the most responsive students and the teacher will naturally latch on to their frequency of learning while others wonder that 'they are not good  enough'. This has further detrimental effect on the students who do not have access to external learning. They will slowly lose the confidence to ask when they genuinely don't understand something. This will continue unless the student gets help in time.

Therefore, for us, the pace of learning of the student will be the main focus and will be the only factor which decides the pace of our lessons - never too slow or too fast, but just right.

We maintain a clear record of the progress a student is making through monthly assessments based on past exam questions and we put in place a tailor-made strategy to either increase or decrease the level of difficulty according to the pace of the progress observed.

We have a team of qualified primary school teachers and assistants from Northern Ireland who specialise in Transfer Test Training to relieve our young minds from the extraordinary stress caused to them by the thought of taking an exam for the first time in their lives!

In a group setting, we constantly strive to identify problem areas  of each individual pupil and help them practise similar test questions until they feel confident in that area.  The process continues until they master the art of exam technique.
